Responsibilities
- Manage MTEFC business relationships alongside senior management
- Solicit existing customers to create new financing opportunities, especially for public projects
- Utilize superior service and equipment knowledge to grow business relationships and margins
- Assess customer needs for tailored financing solutions based on their financial health and collateral
- Gather intelligence from industry contacts to inform senior management about potential delinquencies
- Support senior management in sales training through various platforms
- Leverage public data sources to enhance efficiency and competitive edge
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree and 7+ years of relevant work experience or 11 years of higher education and/or work experience with 7+ years relevant experience
- Experience in construction, transportation, and waste verticals
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Strong organizational and analytical skills
- Credit underwriting experience preferred
