Responsibilities

  • Manage MTEFC business relationships alongside senior management
  • Solicit existing customers to create new financing opportunities, especially for public projects
  • Utilize superior service and equipment knowledge to grow business relationships and margins
  • Assess customer needs for tailored financing solutions based on their financial health and collateral
  • Gather intelligence from industry contacts to inform senior management about potential delinquencies
  • Support senior management in sales training through various platforms
  • Leverage public data sources to enhance efficiency and competitive edge

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree and 7+ years of relevant work experience or 11 years of higher education and/or work experience with 7+ years relevant experience
  • Experience in construction, transportation, and waste verticals
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong organizational and analytical skills
  • Credit underwriting experience preferred
