Equipment Delivery Driver

What's The Opportunity?

In this hands-on, customer-facing role, you’ll play a key part in delivering and installing high-quality office equipment to businesses throughout our service area.

You’ll represent the company with professionalism and care while ensuring equipment is handled safely and set up correctly.

This is a full-time position, Monday through Friday, offering stability, teamwork, and opportunities to grow within a respected organization.

What Will You Do?

• Safely load, transport, and install copiers and office equipment with minimal damage.
• Verify equipment against paperwork to ensure accurate serial numbers and delivery details.
• Check vehicles daily for maintenance and operational readiness.
• Interact directly with customers to determine equipment placement, demonstrate use, and ensure proper functionality.
• Communicate route progress with the Logistics Manager and coordinate with sales and service teams.
• Document returned machines, including copy counts and accessory serial numbers.
• Maintain a clean and organized truck and warehouse environment.
• Complete and maintain a valid DOT certification.

What You Bring To The Table?

• We’re looking for someone who takes pride in their work, values teamwork, and enjoys providing excellent customer service.
• Education & Experience: High school diploma required; 1–2 years of box truck driving or delivery experience preferred.
• Skills & Competencies: Accountability, adaptability, strong communication, problem-solving, multitasking, and customer focus.
• Physical Requirements: Ability to lift 50–75 pounds; comfortable working in varying warehouse temperatures.
• Other Requirements: Must pass a DOT exam and maintain a clean driving record.
