Responsibilities
- Responsible for daily laundry and resetting of all training sessions and games
- Ensuring the training fields from all teams have been reset back to their assigned layouts and field equipment has been stored in its proper area
- Aiding in training day locker room set up and breakdown
- Assisting staff in printing all players and staff training and match kit in compliance with competition regulations
- Assisting in packing and creating packing lists for home and away games
- Responsible for home game locker room set up and break down at times
- Working alongside Equipment department staff in printing and labeling necessary gear
- Helping to maintain and ensure a clean, tidy, and organized equipment room, locker rooms, and first team boot room
- Resetting and cleaning first team players boots at times
- Responsible for preparing and maintaining all the necessary equipment, including boots, kit, match balls, training balls, etc. Ensuring everything is clean, properly sized, and readily available for training sessions and match days
- Aiding the equipment staff to maintain an up-to-date inventory of supplies, including toiletries, heat transfers, team gear, etc.
- Developing relationships with staff, players, club personnel, and game day operations staff members to maintain a cohesive operation
- Attending weekly staff meetings
