About the role

As a Team Member at Boyne Resorts, you will be part of an exciting and dynamic team that operates some of the most iconic ski resorts in North America. Your primary responsibility is to ensure the safety and enjoyment of guests while providing exceptional service.

Responsibilities

• Ensure guest safety and provide first aid as needed.
• Assist with snowmaking operations as required.
• Participate in regular training sessions to enhance skills and knowledge.
• Engage in customer service activities to promote positive guest experiences.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Valid driver’s license.
• Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a hospitality or outdoor setting is preferred.
• Willingness to learn and adapt to changing conditions.
• Physical ability to perform manual labor and stand for extended periods.

Skills

• Customer service orientation.
• First aid certification (preferred).
• Basic computer literacy.
