ePRISMS Analyst

Location: Fort Benning, GA (On-site) Clearance: Ability to obtain a DoD Common Access Card (CAC) prior to onboarding; U.S. Citizenship required Job Type: Full-time Contract Type: Government Contract (Base Year: 13 October 2026 - 12 October 2027, plus four Option Years) Position Overview Seeking a detail-oriented ePRISMS Analyst to collect and maintain consistent, accurate, and auditable space utilization data utilizing the Enterprise Pro-Active Real Property Interactive Space Management System (ePRISMS) at Fort Benning, GA. This role validates 10% of HQIIS-listed buildings annually, prepares Pre-Import Files (PIF) for facilities without a Prisms Standard File (PSF), and addresses system errors and warnings. This is a non-personal services contract position. The contractor employee reports directly to the Prime Contractor for HR, disciplinary, and administrative matters, while receiving work direction from the Contracting Officer's Representative (COR). This is an in-person, on-site position. Key Responsibilities Collect, update, or validate 10% of HQIIS-listed buildings in ePRISMS on an annual basisFor facilities without a Prisms Standard File (PSF), collect ePRISMS survey and reference data to prepare a Pre-Import File (PIF)Coordinate with the ePRISMS Support team to transform PIF into a PSFAddress errors and warnings within the system to correct or validate outstanding identified issuesMaintain accurate and auditable space utilization data in ePRISMSEnsure ePRISMS records are current, accurate, and auditableComplete annual validation requirements meeting or exceeding 10% of HQIIS-listed buildingsCorrect or validate critical errors within required timelinesCoordinate with Geographic Information System personnel to acquire maps or images as data evidence to verify facility recordsSubmit quarterly Real Property discrepancy lists of inspected equipment and floor plan inaccuracies Required Qualifications Education: High School Diploma or equivalentExperience: Minimum three (3) years of experience in real property inventory, space management, or ePRISMS data collectionCitizenship: U.S. Citizenship requiredSecurity Clearance: Ability to obtain a DoD Common Access Card (CAC) prior to onboardingePRISMS Experience: Expected to possess experience at contract start to perform immediately upon awardLanguage: Fluent in written and verbal EnglishMicrosoft Office: Proficient in Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Teams Desired Experience Prior experience with ePRISMS, HQIIS, or other real property inventory systemsKnowledge of Prisms Standard File (PSF) and Pre-Import File (PIF) processesExperience with Army DPW real property operationsFamiliarity with GIS mapping and facility records Additional Requirements Must obtain legal entry authorization to Fort Benning prior to commencing workMust be issued a Common Access Card (CAC)Must comply with all DoD security regulations and safeguard Controlled Unclassified Information (CUI)Must pass background checks and base access control registrationMust complete AT Level I Training, iWATCH Training, OPSEC training, and IA/IT awareness trainingMust sign and abide by an Army IT User Agreement Schedule & Work Conditions Hours: 7:30 AM - 4:00 PM, Monday-Friday, excluding Federal holidaysTelework: Not allowed; majority of work requires onsite presenceTravel: Not authorized or reimbursed Equal Opportunity Employer We are an equal opportunity employer and do not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, gender identity, sexual orientation, national origin, genetics, disability, age, or veteran status.
