Epicor Prophet 21 Consultant

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the end-to-end implementation and customization of the Prophet 21 ERP system to meet specific client needs.
• Provide expert-level troubleshooting and technical support to resolve complex system issues.
• C Conduct training sessions and workshops for clients to ensure effective use of Prophet 21 functionalities.
• Analyze existing client processes and recommend improvements to enhance system performance and operational efficiency.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to quality standards.
• Work closely with clients to understand their business requirements and provide tailored ERP solutions.

Qualifications

• Proficient in the customization and configuration of the Prophet 21 system.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and clients concurrently.
• Familiarity with SQL, Crystal Reports, and other reporting tools related to Prophet 21.

Preferred Qualifications

• Certifications: Epicor Prophet 21 or other related ERP certifications.
• Experience: Prior experience in the manufacturing industry.
