About the role
ICM America is looking for experienced Epicor Manufacturing Consultants to support us in various implementation projects. We require a background in manufacturing and 5+ years of Epicor manufacturing consulting experience (v9, v10, Kinetic). The engagements with clients will be spread among several locations and will require up to 50% travel on a regular basis. Experience with six-sigma, and lean manufacturing is a definite plus.
Responsibilities
The functional consultants will lead and build implementations for our mostly manufacturing customers over the different implementation phases. They will:
- Understand and document the customer’s processes thoroughly during the discovery phase,
- Lead and agree on the future processes and set up in EPICOR, based on their thorough Epicor knowledge in the Prototype phase.
- Configure and build the future system for the customer in the Build Phase
- Test and validate the functionality built with the customer in the Test phase
- Conduct and support go live.
- Do data Preparation and migration into Epicor with DMT
- Work on Configuration and Support in a special projects and managed services setting
Requirements
- Epicor
- Good understanding of Epicor Manufacturing modules
- At least 5 years of experience in Epicor Manufacturing
- Epicor Finance knowledge: is a plus
- Worked with at least 3 different Epicor Clients
- Ability to use toolsets (BAQ, BPM, SSRS, Application Studio)
Qualifications
- US Citizen or green card, no sponsorships
- Willingness to travel up to 50%+
- Fluent English speaker

- Experience in Implementing business processes through analysis
- Strong Communication skills
- Accustomed to doing proper documentation
