Epicor Kinetic Implementation Project Manager

Responsibilities

• Lead full-cycle Epicor Kinetic implementation on the Cloud.
• Manage project plans, timelines, budgets, risks, and resources.
• Facilitate requirements gathering, solution design, testing, training, and go-live.
• Drive MRP strategy and optimization to improve planning and production.
• Lead the implementation of Epicor CPQ to support complex product configuration and quote-to-order processes.
• Cook up cross-functional teams, stakeholders, and third-party partners.
• Provide executive project updates and proactively manage risks and issues.
• Promote Epicor best practices and user adoption throughout the project.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of Epicor project management experience.
• Proven success leading multiple Epicor Kinetic implementations.
• Experience with Engineer-to-Order (ETO) manufacturing environments.
• Strong knowledge of MRP processes and planning.
• Experience implementing Epicor CPQ and Product Configurator preferred.
• Deep understanding of manufacturing operations, including engineering, production, inventory, purchasing, and supply chain.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
• PMP certification is a plus.
