About the role
Willow analysts are the primary support contacts for the Epic Willow Application. They coordinate issues within their application area and must be knowledgeable about the organization's policies, procedures, quality standards, and business operations.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate issues arising from the Epic Willow Application
- Make decisions regarding the urgency and seriousness of calls
- Serve as a liaison between the technical staff of the department and various customers
- Escalate appropriately to resolve issues
- Perform duties outside the job description on a temporary basis, depending on operations, business, or project needs
Requirements
- Education: High School Diploma or GED
- Experience: Three years of related experience
- Working knowledge of specialized practices, equipment, and procedures
- Current Epic certification(s) or accreditation in area of support preferred
- Bachelor's Degree preferred
- Additional Epic certifications or accreditations and badges preferred but not required
- Analyst level and role specific qualifications outlined in the Information Technology Analyst Ladder policy
Qualifications
- Current Epic certification(s) or accreditation in area of support preferred
- If Epic certification(s) in area of support have not been obtained or have lapsed, certification(s) related to area of support must be achieved within the first 90 days
- Epic certification(s) in area of support must be kept current, completing NVT (new version training) and re-certification as required
