Epic STARS Senior Analyst

For our client, we are seeking a Epic STARS Senior Analyst to join the team of a leader in the Healthcare space. This role will support quality measure operations within a clinical analytics environment, with a focus on translating Star Ratings, HEDIS, and NCQA criteria into actionable system build requirements. The position will partner closely with clinical, quality, and technical stakeholders to improve reporting accuracy, troubleshoot workflow issues, and strengthen performance monitoring. This is a highly detail-oriented role that helps ensure data integrity and reliable measure logic across key healthcare quality programs. Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available Compensation: $101,970 – $203,940 annually Responsibilities Support the build and maintenance of Epic Healthy Planet tools related to Star Ratings measures Translate HEDIS specifications and CMS criteria into system build requirements Assist in configuring and testing quality measure logic in Epic Troubleshoot daily issues with Star measure workflows and reporting Build and maintain reports to track Star Ratings performance Validate quality measure data for accuracy Serve as a contact for clinical and quality staff regarding Epic workflows Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Health Informatics, Information Systems, or a related field, or equivalent experience Epic Certified in Healthy Planet, Reporting, or related modules 2+ years of experience working with Epic, ideally in Healthy Planet, Reporting Workbench, Clarity/Caboodle, or SlicerDicer Familiarity with Medicare Star Ratings, HEDIS, and/or NCQA quality measure concepts Strong analytical skills with attention to detail in data validation and measure logic testing Ability to communicate effectively with both technical and clinical stakeholders Benefits Medical, dental, and vision coverage Paid time off Retirement savings options Wellness programs Additional resources based on eligibility Our client is an equal opportunity employer.
