Epic Analyst Senior

About the role

The Senior Epic Analyst will possess a high level of technical proficiency and advanced skills to support, design, configure, optimize, and maintain Epic applications. This role involves leading complex tasks such as analysis, design, build, testing, documentation, training, implementation, reporting, and user support. The Senior Epic Analyst will collaborate with clinical leadership, IT teams, and external vendors to ensure that Epic applications effectively support the organization’s clinical and operational needs. This position requires the ability to manage large-scale projects and initiatives, independently solve complex issues, and ensure seamless integration across systems. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience working with Epic’s suite of applications, a deep understanding of clinical workflows, and a proven track record of leading system implementations and optimizations.
