About the role
Remote – US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available.
Responsibilities
- Engineer new workflows or optimize existing business processes across clinical applications
- Lead complex application implementation projects using standard project management methodologies
- Function as an independent project lead or oversee project managers and business analysts
- Perform proactive analysis on systems to recommend enhancements aligned with strategic vision
- Identify product configuration requirements within project scope and timeline
- Mentor senior analysts, demonstrating proficiency across numerous applications
- Collaborate with clinic leadership on operational processes and policies
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in relevant field
- Epic Certification in relevant specialty or field
- Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience
Skills
- Skill in collecting, organizing, and analyzing data
- Ability to recognize, analyze, and solve diverse problems
- Ability to exercise sound judgment in critical decision-making
Pay
$100,000 – $130,000 annually
