About the role

Remote – US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available.

Responsibilities

  • Engineer new workflows or optimize existing business processes across clinical applications
  • Lead complex application implementation projects using standard project management methodologies
  • Function as an independent project lead or oversee project managers and business analysts
  • Perform proactive analysis on systems to recommend enhancements aligned with strategic vision
  • Identify product configuration requirements within project scope and timeline
  • Mentor senior analysts, demonstrating proficiency across numerous applications
  • Collaborate with clinic leadership on operational processes and policies

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in relevant field
  • Epic Certification in relevant specialty or field
  • Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience

Skills

  • Skill in collecting, organizing, and analyzing data
  • Ability to recognize, analyze, and solve diverse problems
  • Ability to exercise sound judgment in critical decision-making

Pay

$100,000 – $130,000 annually
