Epic Rochester - Mechanical Facilities Technician

Key Responsibilities

  • Maintain and improve a critical data center facility
  • Monitor system performance and diagnose/troubleshoot issues
  • Perform preventative maintenance and complete repairs
  • Handle general facility needs including plumbing, fire protection, and fuel systems
  • Take ownership of the building and handle basic maintenance tasks

Requirements

  • Hands-on, self-directed approach
  • Ability to read and interpret mechanical and electrical plans
  • Judgment to know when to work independently and when to engage remote subject matter experts

Qualifications

  • Experience with commercial mechanical systems a plus
