Key Responsibilities
- Maintain and improve a critical data center facility
- Monitor system performance and diagnose/troubleshoot issues
- Perform preventative maintenance and complete repairs
- Handle general facility needs including plumbing, fire protection, and fuel systems
- Take ownership of the building and handle basic maintenance tasks
Requirements
- Hands-on, self-directed approach
- Ability to read and interpret mechanical and electrical plans
- Judgment to know when to work independently and when to engage remote subject matter experts
Qualifications
- Experience with commercial mechanical systems a plus
