Key Responsibilities
- Maintain and improve mechanical systems including HVAC equipment such as chillers and cooling towers.
- Monitor system performance and diagnose/troubleshoot issues.
- Perform preventative maintenance and complete repairs to ensure reliable, continuous operation.
- Take ownership of the building as a whole, handling general facility needs including plumbing, fire protection, and fuel systems.
- Identify issues, prioritize work, and take action with minimal oversight while maintaining high standards for the facility.
Requirements
- Essential ability to read and interpret mechanical and electrical plans.
- Judgment to know when to work independently and when to engage remote subject matter experts.

- Hands-on, self-directed approach required.
