Key Responsibilities
- Monitor system performance of mechanical systems including chillers and cooling towers.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot issues related to mechanical systems.
- Perform preventative maintenance on mechanical systems.
- Complete repairs to ensure reliable, continuous operation of mechanical systems.
- Handle general facility needs such as plumbing, fire protection, and fuel systems.
- Perform basic building maintenance tasks as needed.
Requirements
- Hands-on, self-directed approach required.
- Ability to read and interpret mechanical and electrical plans.
- Judgment to know when to work independently and when to engage remote subject matter experts.
Qualifications
- Experience with commercial mechanical systems is a plus.
