Key Responsibilities
- Maintain and improve mechanical systems including chillers and cooling towers.
- Monitor system performance and diagnose/troubleshoot issues.
- Perform preventative maintenance and complete repairs to ensure reliable operation.
- Handle general facility needs such as plumbing, fire protection, and fuel systems.
- Identify issues, prioritize work, and take action with minimal oversight.
- Read and interpret mechanical and electrical plans.
- Show judgment to know when to work independently and when to engage remote experts.
Qualifications
- Hands-on, self-directed approach required.
- Experience with commercial mechanical systems is a plus.
