Key Responsibilities
- Maintain and improve a critical data center facility
- Monitor system performance and diagnose/troubleshoot issues
- Perform preventative maintenance and complete repairs
- Handle general facility needs including plumbing, fire protection, and fuel systems
- Identify issues, prioritize work, and take action with minimal oversight
- Read and interpret mechanical and electrical plans
- Engage remote subject matter experts as needed
Requirements
- Hands-on, self-directed approach
- Experience with commercial mechanical systems (3+ years preferred)
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Technical aptitude and problem-solving skills
- Ability to read and interpret mechanical and electrical plans
- Strong organizational and time management skills
