Key Responsibilities

  • Monitor system performance of mechanical systems including chillers and cooling towers.
  • Diagnose and troubleshoot issues related to mechanical systems.
  • Perform preventative maintenance on mechanical systems.
  • Complete repairs to ensure reliable, continuous operation of mechanical systems.
  • Handle general facility needs such as plumbing, fire protection, and fuel systems.
  • Take ownership of the building as a whole, addressing basic building maintenance tasks.

Requirements

  • Hands-on, self-directed approach required.
  • Ability to read and interpret mechanical and electrical plans.
  • Judgment to know when to work independently and when to engage remote subject matter experts.
