Epic Resolute Professional Billing Consultant Lead

Hybrid role: mostly remote, with potential onsite travel between mid-October and the end of November for go-live support. Initial duration: 4 months.

About the role

This individual will oversee the daily operations of the Resolute PB team alongside a team manager, providing expert guidance, managing implementation resources, and ensuring continuous optimization and stability of the PB system.

Responsibilities

• Provide external expertise in optimizing Epic post-implementation
• Review workflows, system design, and adoption
• Recommend strategies for efficiency and best-practice adoption

Requirements

• Deep Epic Resolute PB certification and experience
• Proven leadership capabilities
• Comprehensive understanding of the healthcare revenue cycle
• Consulting experience and deep Epic knowledge
