About the Role

Apex Systems is hiring an Epic Resolute Professional Billing (PB) Consultant for a leading healthcare client. The ideal candidate will serve as a subject matter expert, supporting system optimization efforts, workflow enhancements, and operational initiatives within the Professional Billing environment.

Requirements

• 7-9 years of Epic Professional Billing experience within a healthcare environment
• Current Epic Resolute Professional Billing Admin Certification
• Experience supporting or leading Charge Review optimization initiatives within Epic
• Strong knowledge of regulatory edits including LCD (Local Coverage Determinations), NCD (National Coverage Determinations), CCI (Correct Coding Initiative), and MUE (Medically Unlikely Edits)
• Hands-on experience with Charge Router analysis, maintenance, cleanup, and optimization
• Experience with Professional Billing workqueues and charging workflows
• Ability to translate business requirements into Epic build and workflow solutions
• Ability to identify process improvement opportunities and recommend best practices to optimize revenue cycle performance
• Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to collaborate across Revenue Cycle, Billing, Compliance, and Operational stakeholders

• Current Epic Resolute Professional Billing Admin Certification (required)

Pay

$60.52 - $90.72 per hour
