An Epic Ambulatory/EpicCare Link Analyst designs, builds, tests, and supports EpicCare Ambulatory EHR applications, focusing on outpatient clinical workflows and community provider access (Link). They translate clinical needs into system configurations, troubleshoot technical issues, and optimize workflows for physicians and staff.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, test, and support EpicCare Ambulatory EHR applications

• Troubleshoot technical issues

• Utilize strong ServiceNow skills to pick up and close tickets without waiting for assignments

Requirements

• EPIC Certification Required: Outpatient Ambulatory & EpicCareLink

Schedule

Hybrid: Remote, but candidate may be required to come onsite for Go-Live from 11/7-11/20. Duration: 4 months to start.
