Epic Lumen/Cupid Analyst

About Our Client:The organization operates within the healthcare technology sector, focusing on the management and optimization of cardiology applications. It addresses challenges related to the integration and support of specialized clinical workflows, particularly those involving cardiology procedures and data management, through the use of Epic systems. About the Opportunity:The EPIC LUMEN/CUPID ANALYST role is responsible for supporting and enhancing cardiology-related Epic Cupid workflows. This position plays a critical role in configuring, testing, and maintaining applications that facilitate cardiology procedures, scheduling, documentation, and results management, thereby ensuring effective clinical operations. Responsibilities:Configure, maintain, test, and support Epic Cupid functionality.Gather requirements and translate clinical and business needs into Epic solutions.Support cardiology workflows including procedures, scheduling, documentation, and results.Troubleshoot application issues and provide production support.Collaborate with cardiology users, Epic application teams, and technical teams.Support upgrades, enhancements, testing, and go-live activities.Maintain application documentation and workflow specifications. Requirements:Hands-on experience with Epic Cupid and cardiology workflows.Epic Cupid certification preferred.Experience with Epic implementations, optimization, and upgrades.Understanding of cardiology clinical and operational workflows.Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and communication skills.
