Epic ClinDoc / Stork Analyst III Consultant
Responsibilities

- Provide Tier III support for Epic ClinDoc and Stork applications.
- Troubleshoot incidents, service requests, and application issues.
- Support ongoing optimization initiatives to improve clinical workflows and end-user experience.
- Participate in application upgrades, testing, and validation activities.
- Perform root cause analysis and implement sustainable solutions.
- Build & Project Work
- Design, build, configure, and maintain Epic ClinDoc and Stork functionality.
- Lead and execute enhancement requests and project-related build activities.
- Manage assigned projects and coordinate activities across stakeholders.
- Collaborate with clinical, operational, and technical teams to gather requirements and deliver solutions.
- Develop and maintain project documentation, workflows, and build specifications.
- Dialysis / Regulatory Reporting Support
- Support dialysis-related workflows and regulatory reporting processes.
- Aid in maintenance and enhancements related to EQRS (formerly CrownWeb).
- Participate in required testing, upgrades, and reporting activities.
- Go-Live & Operational Support
- Provide go-live support for new implementations and optimization initiatives.
- Participate in an on-call rotation to support after-hours Priority 2 and critical issues.
- Assist with deployment planning, command center support, and post-go-live stabilization activities.
Required Qualifications
- Epic ClinDoc certification required.
- Epic Stork certification and/or significant Stork experience strongly preferred.
- 5+ years of Epic Analyst experience supporting clinical applications.
- Experience with Epic build, optimization, and implementation projects.
- Ability to lead projects and work independently with minimal oversight.
- Strong troubleshooting, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience supporting dialysis workflows.
- Experience with EQRS/CrownWeb reporting and regulatory requirements.
- Previous Analyst III or senior-level Epic analyst experience.
- Healthcare provider or large integrated delivery network experience.
- Experience supporting multiple Epic modules in a complex environment.
Work Environment
Remote within the United States.
Consultant engagement through year-end with anticipated extension into next year.
Participation in a rotating on-call schedule.
Occasional go-live and implementation support required.

About the Role
Our healthcare client is seeking an experienced Epic ClinDoc / Stork Analyst III Consultant to provide application support, optimization, build, and project leadership across Epic clinical applications. This role will support ongoing maintenance activities while also leading enhancement and implementation efforts related to clinical documentation, obstetrics, and dialysis workflows. The ideal candidate is a self-starter who can work independently, lead projects, and partner effectively with operational and clinical stakeholders.
