About the Role

We are seeking experienced Epic Certified Implementation Build Analysts to support the new deployment of Epic modules across Epic Gallery, Cheers, Guesthouse, Cupid, and MyChart Bedside/TV/ED. This long-term contract role is ideal for professionals with deep Epic Implementation expertise and a proven track record of successful Epic implementations.

Responsibilities

• Lead and support the implementation, configuration, and workflow build of Epic modules: Gallery, Cheers Campaigns, Guesthouse, Cupid, MyChart Bedside, ED, & TV
• Collaborate with clinical, financial, and operational stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into Epic workflows
• Perform system build, testing, validation, and documentation in accordance with Epic standards
• Participate in workflow design sessions, gap analyses, and readiness assessments
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues during implementation phases
• Ensure compliance with organizational policies, data governance, and Epic best practices

Requirements

• Epic Certification in one or more modules
• Minimum 3+ years of Epic new install implementation experience
• Must have participated in at least 2 full-cycle Epic implementations
• Strong MST workflow build skills
• Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver high-quality results
• Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills
• Experience working in a remote environment and supporting EST time zone

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with large-scale new install Epic implementations or upgrades
• Familiarity with healthcare operations and regulatory requirements
• Project management or change management experience

Contract Details

• Competitive W2 hourly rate

• Remote work with occasional travel supporting CST
