- Certified in primary application
- Additional certifications in Epic, ITIL, PMP are a plus
Qualifications
- Active Epic Inpatient (ClinDoc) certification
- Additional Epic Certifications are a plus
- Bachelor’s Degree and/or equivalent work experience
- Minimum of 2 years of healthcare experience
Responsibilities
- Serves as a primary analyst on routine maintenance, build and configuration in Epic
- Collects, accurately documents and resolves client trouble tickets and requests
- Participates in after hours on-call rotation
- Leads application build for their areas regarding Epic Upgrades
- Includes: Nova Note Review, Nova Note Build, Unit testing, application testing and integrated testing
- Supports the go live in a command center setting
- Proactively identifies areas for improvement within applications and suggests potential solutions in coordination with other teams
- Mentors junior analysts on Epic build
- Builds strong relationships both with the client and their peers
- Works on special projects (including Epic Upgrades) as needed by the client

Pay
Base Compensation Range: $70,000 USD - $100,000 USD
