Your Opportunity
We are seeking an Epic Analyst - Support & Training to provide end-user support, workflow assistance, and training, particularly during go-lives, upgrades, and optimization efforts. This role bridges frontline support and system build by translating operational needs into actionable feedback for analyst and build teams.
What You Will Do
- Provide at-the-elbow support for clinicians and operational staff during go-lives and major initiatives
- Deliver end-user training and workflow education for Epic applications
- Identify workflow inefficiencies and recommend optimization opportunities
- Serve as a subject-matter resource for assigned Epic functionality
- Collaborate with Epic Analyst III and project teams to validate solutions
- Assist with workflow testing, training environments, and end-user simulations
- Troubleshoot moderately complex issues and determine appropriate resolution or escalation
- Create and maintain training materials and support documentation
- Support application upgrades and new functionality adoption
What Will Make You Successful
- Here Associates degree or Medical Assistance certification or equivalent experience
- Experience providing Epic application support or training in a healthcare environment
- Strong understanding of clinical or operational workflows
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, customer-facing environment
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience supporting Epic go-lives or large optimization efforts
- Formal or informal training or instructional experience
