About the Role
As an Epic Analyst–Resolute Hospital Billing Specialist, you will be responsible for interpreting contract language and analyzing hospital reimbursement methodologies.
Responsibilities
- Must be certified in Resolute Hospital Billing, Resolute Hospital Billing (Expected Reimbursement), and Resolute Hospital Billing (Contracts Administration).
- Apply extensive knowledge of hospital reimbursement rate methodologies, including Medicare rate terms (MS-DRG and APCs) and NYS Medicaid rate terms (APR-DRG and APGs).
- Interpret managed-care contract language; prior experience reviewing managed-care contracts is required.
- Preference given to candidates with hospital reimbursement experience in New York State.
Requirements
- Certification in Epic Resolute Hospital Billing modules (Hospital Billing, Expected Reimbursement, and Contracts Administration).
- W-2 engagement basis only.
Pay
Pay range: $90 – $100 per hour. The final rate offered will be based on the candidate’s education, work experience, location, specific job duties, and certifications.
