EPIC Analyst Enterprise

About the role

The Application Analyst will serve as an intermediate level functional expert and is responsible for the workflow configurations, support, and any ongoing build efforts including upgrades, and modifications for EPIC and other applications required by the healthcare system.

Responsibilities

• Supports workflow configurations and on-going build efforts for EPIC and other applications required by the healthcare system.
• Researched system problems and refers problems as required to vendors.
• Aids in training users on assigned software.
• Works with various departments to ensure satisfaction with their systems.
• Provides outstanding customer service.

Qualifications

• Preferred Skills: Application testing experience, Related clinical or business experience.
• Credentials: EPIC certification – specific to the role, preferred.
• Education with Equivalent Qualifications: Nonessential High School Diploma Graduate or Equivalent, Bachelors of Science or Arts.
• Experience With Equivalent Qualifications: Schedule: Full-time M-F, Day Shift, Monday-Friday Standard Days.
