Epic Ambulatory/Phoenix Analyst

Remote | Contract Join a High-Impact Clinical Applications Team We're seeking an Epic Analyst to support Epic Ambulatory, and Phoenix applications in a fast-paced healthcare environment. This role is perfect for an experienced analyst who can work independently, manage multiple priorities, and drive projects from requirements through implementation. Key Responsibilities Support Epic Ambulatory, and Phoenix applicationsGather requirements, analyze workflows, and design solutionsBuild, test, implement, and optimize Epic functionalityTroubleshoot production issues and provide operational supportManage multiple concurrent projects and enhancement effortsPartner with clinical and operational stakeholders to improve workflowsSupport clinical documentation, navigators, SmartForms, rules, decision support, and care coordination tools Required Qualifications 5+ years of Epic analyst experienceStrong Epic Ambulatory experienceHands-on experience supporting Epic PhoenixAbility to independently own work from analysis through implementationStrong problem-solving and critical-thinking skillsExperience managing multiple projects and competing prioritiesExcellent communication and stakeholder management skills Preferred Qualifications Epic certification(s)Transplant workflow experienceExperience within large healthcare organizationsSupporting operational, enhancement, and optimization work Ideal Candidate Self-starter who thrives with minimal oversightHighly organized and proactiveStrong ownership mentalityAble to quickly learn new environments and add value immediatelyComfortable balancing 10+ active work efforts at a time Why Apply? Pay And Benefits The pay range for this position is $75.00 - $85.00/hr. Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
