Zinger Property Group is seeking an EPA Certified Maintenance Technician for our apartment community in Columbia, SC. This full-time, year-round position offers on-the-job training, paid certification opportunities, and a stable career path in a recession-proof field.
Responsibilities
- HVAC diagnostics and repairs
- Assist with completion of work orders
- Grounds pick-up and maintaining curb appeal of the property
- Maintain cleanliness of common areas and office
- Apartment trash outs
- Be available to abate emergencies on a 24x7 basis when scheduled for 'on-call'
Requirements
- EPA Certified
- Proficient in HVAC diagnostics and repairs
- Self-motivated with a strong work ethic
- Outstanding customer service skills
- Team player and problem solver
- Pride in a job well done
- Basic knowledge in maintenance
- Eagerness to learn new skills
