Pay

$26.00 to $34.00 per hour + bonus opportunities. Up to $6,000 sign-on bonus for eligible candidates.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose HVAC issues (e.g., no heat, no AC, insufficient cooling, fan-only operation, loud noises, leaks around units).
• Sell repairs and replacements for furnaces, boilers, condensers, package units, coils, humidifiers, water heaters, circulators, zone controls, heat pumps, air handlers, and related equipment.
• Assist in the preparation and completion of installations you sold.
• Communicate with customers, co-workers, managers, and vendors.
• Maintain an orderly, clean, and fully stocked company truck (provided for take-home use).

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of experience in the HVAC trade.
• Valid driver’s license with at least 3 years of U.S. driving experience.
• Positive attitude and commitment to treating customers with respect.
• Deep understanding of heating, AC, and IAQ equipment, as well as HVAC system designs.
• Enthusiasm to learn and grow.
• Ability to treat clients' homes with the respect of an invited guest.
• Willingness to work late when required by the job.
• Not eligible for employment visa sponsorship now or in the future.

Physical Requirements

• Physically able to work on HVAC units.
• Work in settings with extreme cold or heat, depending on the season.
• Prolonged periods of standing, kneeling, crawling, or climbing ladders.
• Ability to lift 50 pounds at a time.
