Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot, repair, and maintain residential HVAC systems with precision and pride
• Deliver top-tier service and provide recommendations to keep customers comfortable
• Document your work in our trade software, ServiceTitan
• Pursue certifications if needed
• Work independently, own your route, and represent Pioneer with professionalism

Requirements

• 4+ years of residential HVAC service experience
• EPA 608 Universal Certification
• Valid U.S. driver’s license and clean driving record
• Willingness to undergo a pre-employment background check and drug screening
• Strong communication skills and the ability to work independently
• Commitment to personal growth, ownership, and being part of a winning team

Pay

USD $70,000.00–$90,000.00/Yr.
