This is a hands-on environmental sustainability management role embedded across two operational hubs. What You’ll Do

• Environmental Strategy Execution
  • Lead environmental sustainability initiatives across sites and operations
  • Drive emissions reduction and resource efficiency programmes
• ESG Reporting & Compliance
  • Support environmental disclosures aligned with: GRICSRDSEC climate requirements
  • Ensure accuracy of environmental data across locations
  • Support audit-ready reporting processes
• Operational Sustainability Integration
  • Work directly with site and operations teams
  • Embed sustainability into manufacturing and business processes
  • Translate ESG goals into operational action plans
• Data & Performance Management
  • Track environmental KPIs across regions
  • Improve sustainability data systems and consistency
  • Generate insights for leadership decision-making

What They’re Looking For

• Experience in environmental sustainability or ESG roles
• Familiarity with industrial, manufacturing, or energy environments
• Strong ESG reporting and data skills
• Able to work across multiple sites and stakeholders
• Comfortable with operational execution, not just strategy
