Environmental Services Worker Lead

Job Responsibilities

• Aids management and supervisors in sign-in/sign-out processes
• Assists in preparing and delivering necessary supplies
• Performs overall assessment of public restrooms and on-call rooms
• Reports employee issues related to safety, injuries, and discipline
• Supervises staff assignments to ensure efficient cleaning services
• Formulates action plans to address inefficiencies and quality discrepancies
• Maintains an accurate record-keeping system for quality control
• Ensures adherence to departmental sanitation procedures and OSHA regulations
• Maintains compliance with Aramark standards and client contracts
• Maintains all necessary records and reports

Qualifications

• 1-2 years of experience in environmental services
• Effective communication skills (verbal and written)
• Ability to apply basic math functions
• Ability to work under time constraints
• Knowledge of infection control procedures and universal precautions
• Ability to work independently after appropriate training
