About the role
The Lead Environmental Services Technician will perform environmental service functions including servicing diverse types of floors, daily cleaning activities, and assisting the Environmental Services Coordinator with supervisory duties.
Responsibilities
- Perform environmental service functions including servicing diverse types of floors, daily cleaning activities, and assisting the Environmental Services Coordinator with supervisory duties.
- Follow written and verbal instructions.
- Work with the public and provide customer service.
Requirements
- Experience: Prior work experience following written and verbal instructions, previous experience with performing manual tasks, and prior experience working with the public; customer service.
- Education: High School diploma or equivalent.
- Experience: One year in a leadership role working with groups of at least five members and prior environmental services experience.
- Certification: Ability to acquire a chauffeur's license within 90 days.
- Licenses: Valid current driver's license and obtain a chauffeur's license within 90 days of employment.
Physical Requirements
- Prolonged standing and walking during each shift.
- Ability to push, pull, and/or lift 50 lbs. regularly.
- Ability to grip, reach, bend, kneel, twist, and squat.
