Environmental Services Technician-Lead (Full Time)

About the role

The Lead Environmental Services Technician will perform environmental service functions including servicing diverse types of floors, daily cleaning activities, and assist the Environmental Services Coordinator with supervisory duties as needed.

  • Perform environmental service functions including floor servicing and daily cleaning activities.
  • Assist the Environmental Services Coordinator with supervisory functions as needed.

Requirements

  • Experience: Prior work experience following written and verbal instructions, performing manual tasks, and working with the public.
  • Education: High School diploma or equivalent.
  • Experience: One year in a leadership role working with groups of at least five members; prior environmental services experience preferred.
  • Certification: Ability to acquire a chauffeur's license within 90 days of employment.
  • Licenses: Valid current driver's license; chauffeur's license required within 90 days of employment.
  • Physical Requirements: Ability to push, pull, and/or lift 50 lbs. regularly; prolonged standing and walking during each shift; ability to grip, reach, bend, kneel, twist, and squat.
