About the Role
The Lead Environmental Services Technician will perform environmental service functions to include servicing diverse types of floors, daily cleaning activities, as well as assisting the Environmental Services Coordinator with determined supervisory functions when needed.
Minimum Qualifications
- Prior work experience following written and verbal instructions
- Previous experience with performing manual tasks
- Prior experience working with the public; customer service
Preferred Qualifications
- Education: High School diploma or equivalent
- One year in a leadership role working with groups of at least five members
- Prior environmental services experience
- Certification: Ability to acquire a chauffeur's license within 90 days
- License: Valid current driver's license; obtain a chauffeur's license within 90 days of employment
Physical Requirements
- Ability to push, pull, and/or lift 50 lbs. regularly
- Prolonged standing and walking during each shift
- Ability to grip, reach, bend, kneel, twist, and squat
