Environmental Services Technician - Evening Shift- Full-time

Department: Environmental Services • Union: Local 113

Schedule

• 80 hours per pay period / Non-Exempt
• Shift: 3:30 p.m. – 12:00 a.m.
• Rotating weekends and holidays

Pay

Hourly wage: $18.90 – $28.58

Responsibilities

• Provide a safe, clean, and welcoming care environment for patients, visitors, and staff
• Ensure timely room turns while adhering to basic principles of environmental hygiene and infection prevention
• Contribute to cleaning and infection control as an essential part of the team
• Enhance patient and visitor experience through exceptional customer service and a compassionate, hospitable atmosphere
• Incorporate organizational standards of quality in daily work

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent (preferred)
• Strong attention to detail to ensure neat, organized, and appropriate appearance of assigned areas
• Ability to incorporate the values of dignity, hospitality, service, and excellence in daily work
• Valid Minnesota Driver’s License
• Travel required to branch clinics and Wellness Center

Qualifications

• Experience in Environmental Services, housekeeping, or janitorial/custodial work in a healthcare setting (preferred)
