Environmental Services Tech

Hillcrest Health & Living is seeking an Environmental Services Tech to join our team at Hillcrest Shadow Lake. Our Environmental Services team plays an important role in creating a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for residents, families, visitors, and team members. This role is ideal for someone who takes pride in their work, pays attention to detail, and enjoys supporting others through dependable service.
Responsibilities
- Maintain a clean and safe environment for residents, customers, and team members
- Vacuum, sweep, extract, and mop flooring in assigned areas
- Clean and sanitize bathrooms daily in assigned areas
- Clean and sanitize resident/customer rooms daily
- Keep neighborhoods and housekeeping carts clean, neat, and properly stocked
- Deliver personal clothing to the laundry room and return clean clothing to residents/customers
- Ensure clothing is labeled according to policy
- Clean and stock offices, clinics, and common areas in assigned locations
- Deep clean resident rooms upon transition and as needed
- Keep hand sanitizer stations stocked at all times
- Assist with resident room transfers and mattress changes
- Support other areas as directed
Requirements

Pay
Starting pay: $16.00 per hour, depending on experience.
Schedule
Full-time days and every other weekend.
