Environmental Services Supervisor
About the role
Join the #1 hospital in Wisconsin! We are seeking an Environmental Services Supervisor to:
- Help make an impact on patient care by leading our remarkable Environmental Services team
- Play a critical role in preventing infection
Responsibilities
Plan, direct and assign the work to be completed by the environmental services technicians, seniors and environmental services floor care technicians.
Document completion of work through daily productivity reports.
Complete inspections, rounding, documentation and regular meetings with other departments to ensure quality of work.
Requirements
No minimum education required. High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
Preferred Bachelor's degree or a minimum of 5 years of EVS or Leadership experience.
Preferred 2 years previous supervisory or lead role experience in a large organization.
Required 5 years previous supervisory experience at an acute health care facility.
Qualifications
Preferred Hazardous waste awareness certificate within 1 Year Required.

Schedule
100% FTE, 2nd Shift. Hours are from 3:00 pm to 11:30 pm Monday through Friday with alternating on-call, weekends and holidays.
