Responsibilities

  • Lead floor technicians, housekeeping and laundry staff to ensure cleanliness of all areas of the facility.
  • Absorb residents’ rooms, nursing units, clinical areas, waiting areas, lobby, lounge, restrooms, and corridors.
  • Demonstrate ability to utilize appropriate chemicals and supplies according to procedure for laundry, housekeeping, and floor care.
  • Absorb residents' clothing and inventory.
  • Move residents’ personal items for discharges/room changes.
  • Manage staffing schedules, daily hours, and paid time off requests.
  • Maintain spend down logs according to budget.
