Environmental Services Manager in Training / Crothall Healthcare, St. Louis Children's Hospital
for section headings (e.g. About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule). So we can choose appropriate headings based on content.
We have content:
- About the role: Could be the initial description about Crothall and role description (the WE ARE etc). Could be "About the role".
- Responsibilities: Could be the ABOUT THE MANAGER IN TRAINING ROLE section describing what you will do.
- Requirements: Could be the "YOU MAY HAVE:" list (some are requirements, some preferred). We'll treat as Requirements.
- Qualifications: Could be education requirement: Bachelor's or Associate Degree received by May 2027 or prior (required). Also Driver's License required for transportation roles (maybe not relevant). Could be separate.
- Skills: Could be abilities like financial acumen, communication, organizational skills, etc.
But we might combine Requirements and Qualifications and Skills into one section? The instruction: Prefer a few substantive sections over many thin ones. So we could combine into e.g., "Requirements and Qualifications" but headings are fixed list; we can only use those headings. We could still use multiple headings if substantive. But we should avoid thin sections.
We have substantive content for:
- About the role (description of company and role)
- Responsibilities (MIT role description)
- Requirements (list of qualifications/requirements)
- Benefits (list)
- Pay (salary range)
We could also have Skills but maybe covered in Requirements.
We'll create sections: About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Benefits, Pay.
We need to output only HTML fragment, no html/body tags.
We'll need to format lists with - . For prose, use
.
We need to preserve all substantive info, not invent or summarize away detail. So we must keep the exact text? Probably we can keep the substance but we can rephrase? The instruction says preserve ALL substantive information; do NOT invent or summarize away detail. That suggests we should not omit details, but we can reformat. Likely we can copy the sentences as is.
We need to remove boilerplate like legal, EEO, duplicated lines, application instructions. Also remove navigation, cookie etc. Also remove the "Apply to Crothall today!" etc. Also remove the "Learn more at www.Crothall.com." maybe keep as part of About the role? It's not boilerplate but it's a link; maybe keep.
We also need to remove the "Associates At Crothall Are Offered Many Fantastic Benefits." heading? We'll keep benefits list.
We need to drop the "Req ID: 1573983" etc.
Also drop the "Crothall Healthcare CASSANDRA LINN RUFF [[req_classification]]" at end.
Also drop the "Click here to Learn More about the Compass Story" etc.
Also drop the link for Washington State etc (maybe it's part of benefits but it's a link; could keep but it's not substantive? It's about paid time off benefits info; maybe keep as part of benefits but it's a link; we can keep but it's not essential. Might be considered boilerplate? It's a specific link for certain states; maybe keep as part of benefits but it's not a benefit itself. Safer to drop it as it's more like a reference.
We'll keep benefits list as given.
Now craft HTML.
