Job Duties
- Empty soiled linen barrels from both Nurses Stations.
- Sort and load machines with linen.
- Fold any/all linen processed.
- Collect and process soiled bibs and tablecloths from food service.
- Process personal items such as hanging and delivering.
- Clean Laundry Area: sweep floors thoroughly (underneath clean linen shelving), wipe down all machines (washers and dryers), recheck lint traps, and sweep out, straighten up clean linen on shelves and laundry area.
Requirements
- Able to work with other crew members.
- Able to listen to customer requests and follow supervisor instructions.
- Reliable transportation.
- Steel toed shoes required when applicable.
- Able to work in hot conditions.
