About the role
We are seeking a Housekeeper to maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards in our facility located in Laurinburg, NC.
Responsibilities
- Empty all soiled linen barrels from both Nurses Stations, sort and load machines
- Fold any/all linen processed
- Collect and process soiled bibs and tablecloths from food service.
- Personal processing, hanging and delivery
- Clean Laundry Area: sweep floors thoroughly (underneath clean linen shelving), wipe down all machines (washers and dryers), recheck lint traps and thoroughly sweep out, straighten up clean linen on shelves and laundry area.
- Perform other assigned cleaning duties
Requirements
- Environmental Services Housekeeping a plus but not required
- Must have the ability to work with other crew members
- Must be able to listen to customer requests and follow supervisor instructions
- Must have reliable transportation
- Steel toed shoes required when applicable
- Able to work in hot conditions
Pay
Hourly rate: $15.00 - $18.00 per hour
Schedule
7:00am-3:00pm and 1:00pm-5:00pm (Monday-Friday)
