Environmental Services Floor Technician, Full Time Days

About the Role

The Floor Technician is responsible for the maintenance of all types of floor surfaces, walls, and upholstered furniture. This position may also require other environmental services duties.

Responsibilities

• Maintain all types of floor surfaces, walls, and upholstered furniture.
• Perform other environmental services duties as required.

Requirements

• Prior work experience following written and verbal instructions.
• Previous experience performing manual tasks.
• Prior experience working with the public; customer service.
• Valid current driver's license; obtain a chauffeur's license within 90 days of employment.
• Ability to push, pull, and/or lift 50 lbs. on a regular basis.
• Prolonged standing and walking during each shift.
• Ability to grip, reach, bend, kneel, twist, and squat.

Qualifications

• Preferred Education: High school diploma or equivalent.
• Preferred Certification: Gloss Tek.
• Preferred Experience: Prior hospital environmental service experience.
