Environmental Services EVS Worker Lead - Boulder Community Health-EVS

Job Responsibilities

• Aids management and supervisors with sign-in, supplies, equipment sign-out and sign-in.
• Assists shift operations in preparing and delivering supplies to meet employees' needs.
• Might conduct a general assessment of public restrooms and on-call rooms.
• Enforces all departmental sanitation procedures.
• Reports all employee issues (safety, injuries, and disciplinary matters).
• Serves as supervisor for staff assignments to ensure efficient and high-quality cleaning services.
• Formulates action plans to address inefficiencies and quality discrepancies.
• Trains, coaches, and motivates employees.
• Maintains an accurate record-keeping system for quality control.
• Complies with all established systems and training programs for a safe working environment.
• Maintains compliance with OSHA regulations and other local, state, and federal government guidelines.
• Maintains all necessary records and reports to comply with Aramark, government, and accrediting agency standards, regulations, and codes.

Qualifications

• Requires 1-2 years of experience in environmental services.
• Ability to communicate (both verbally and written) effectively.
• Ability to apply elementary math functions.
• Works well under time constraints.
• Knowledge of infection control procedures and universal precautions.
• Ability to work independently after appropriate training and instruction.
• Maintains a friendly and efficient service attitude towards customers, co-workers, and clients.
