About the role

We are seeking a Cleaning and Sanitation Associate responsible for maintaining a hygienic environment by thoroughly cleaning, sanitizing, and disinfecting areas within the facility. The role demands a detail-oriented individual committed to maintaining a clean, safe environment in a healthcare setting.

Responsibilities

• Perform cleaning tasks according to infection control guidelines
• Properly dispose of hazardous waste
• Operate cleaning equipment such as floor buffers
• Ensure assigned areas remain safe, sanitary, and orderly
• Move furniture and supplies
• Participate in department meetings
• Adhere to established cleaning schedules

Requirements

• Frequent standing and walking
• Occasional lifting and pushing
• Constant use of vision, hearing, and communication skills

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent (preferred)
• 0‑1 years of related experience

Skills

• Knowledge of cleaning chemicals and tools
• Ability to safely apply chemicals
• Ability to operate cleaning equipment

Pay

$17.71 - $22.15 per hour

Schedule

40 hours per week (onsite)
