Join our team as a full-time Environmental Services Associate at INTEGRIS Health Baptist Portland Ave in Oklahoma City, OK. INTEGRIS Health is Oklahoma’s largest not-for-profit health system, partnering with people to live healthier lives.

Responsibilities

• Provides a clean and sanitary environment within the facility, adhering to National Patient Safety Goals as appropriate.
• Performs general cleaning functions in assigned areas according to established procedures and schedules.
• Reports needed project work to supervisor, including equipment failures and supply needs.
• Keeps equipment, housekeeping closet, and/or storage area clean and stocked.
• Mixes and maintains cleaning solutions.
• Assists in orientation and on-the-job training of new employees.
• Fills and moves trash/linen carts.
• Utilizes equipment such as floor buffer, auto scrubber, bovac, carpet extractors, scrapers, grout brush, and wall washer.
• Reports to the assigned shift supervisor.
• May have additional or varied physical demands and/or respiratory fit test requirements.
• Potential for exposure to infections, communicable diseases, blood and body fluids, electrical equipment, and chemicals; must follow standard precautions.

Qualifications

• 3 months of experience performing the job duties of Environmental Services Associate I.
• Ability to communicate effectively in English (verbal and written).
