Environmental Service Aid (Floater) - North Area #9110

Provides operational support for Nicklaus Children’s Hospital and NCPS accounts, ensuring uninterrupted service by covering employee absences, vacancies, vacations, weekends, and special projects.

Responsibilities

• Cover employee PTO, callouts, and open positions.
• Travel between assigned locations as needed.
• Perform routine and detail cleaning following standards.
• Assist with floor crew and training new employees.
• Complete special cleaning projects.
• Respond to emergency operational needs.
• Maintain communication with Supervisors and Managers.
• Follow all company safety policies and infection control procedures.

Requirements

• Previous commercial or healthcare cleaning experience preferred.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation required.
• Ability to travel between multiple facilities.
• Flexible schedule, including rotating weekends.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Dependable with excellent attendance.

Schedule

• Full-Time (40 hours per week).
• Flexible schedule based on operational needs.
• Rotating weekend coverage.
