Essential Job Functions
- Perform Phase I and Phase II environmental site assessments.
- Conduct tank closure assessments.
- Complete site contamination assessments.
- Support source removals.
- Assist with remedial system design, operation, and maintenance.
- Conduct asbestos surveys.
- Perform chemical grout monitoring.
- Supervise environmental and geotechnical drilling activities.
- Prepare technical reports and supporting documentation.
- Communicate effectively with clients, project teams, and field staff.
- Support project management activities, including budgeting, scheduling, and client communication.
- Use GIS and related software tools to accurately map test locations and contamination extents.
- Travel to local and regional project sites, as needed.
- Follow company safety procedures and participate in health and safety planning for field activities.
- Perform other duties as assigned to support project and office operations.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in a science discipline such as geology, environmental science, earth science, engineering, or physical science.
- Ability to achieve Professional Engineer or Geoligist licensure within 2 years.
- Excellent technical writing skills.
- Strong computer skills and ability to operate electronic instruments.
- Ability to perform mathematical calculations related to concentration, density, and gas laws.
- Knowledge of GIS and software tools used for mapping and contamination assessment.
- Ability to support project management activities, including budgeting, scheduling, and client communication.
- Ability to work weekends and extended hours, as needed.
- Ability to travel and work at remote sites, as needed.

Preferred Qualifications
- Knowledge of Florida Rules 62-761 and 62-785.
- Certified Asbestos Inspector, or ability to become certified.
- 40-hour OSHA HAZWOPER training.
